A City Captain is an official local leadership representative who helps activate an entire city for Old School Mega Jam—The All School Reunion & Tribute to the Lost. The Captain brings schools, alumni leaders, community organizations and local commerce into one coordinated citywide network.
This is not simply a promotional title. It is a practical leadership role supported by a private operations dashboard, city school network, business and community directory, contact organizer, shared tasks, deadlines, maps, referral tracking and approved public communications.

All compensation is estimated until approved, governed by a written agreement and adjusted for refunds, chargebacks and eligibility rules. A material-connection disclosure is added to compensated promotional activity.
